Happy New Year!

And with this new year, we have some great news to share, You may qualify for a tax credit.

If you sold a home within the last four years and your state equalized value at the time of sale was lower or equal to the SEV when you purchased it.

If that is the case, you don’t have to pay the state transfer tax and sellers who did can get that money back.

You can get your SEV numbers from your real estate agent, title agent or contact your local municipality.

Also if you were a home buyer of a foreclosure home and you as the buyer were charged the transfer tax you also may qualify for this reimbursement.

If you would like us to look up your SEV’s and or send you the form to fill out – please contact us and we will be happy to help.

FRIENDS DON’T LET FRIENDS PAY UNNECESSARY TAXES – feel free to share this with a friend we are happy to help.
