June 12th - 16th is the film festival in Saugatuck!

I have to tell you my family and I love going to Saugatuck. There is so much to do there even when there is not a festival going on!

Opening day begins with a parade at 5:45pm, starting at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts and ending at the street party at Cooks Park.

There is so much more then films to view at this festival. Live music and seminars are to be had as well.

Music Feature - The Original Stone City Band will be there to perform. Know as one of the greatest live performing Rock/Punk Bands of all time!

Movie Feature - Doubletime A Documentary - About 2 jump rope teams from opposite sides of the world who compete in the world double dutch/fusion jump at Harlem's world renowned Apollo Theater. The athletics are outstanding and has several stand up and cheer moments!

I understand many people camp out as well as stay in hotels and bed and breakfast's. However make a reservation now............this is a sell out event!
